Visiting here in town for work and we tripped upon this cute little Jewel ! It's in a really nice area. Small and intimate but would be great for a party or large group. We went in pretty late so it wasn't busy at all. Absolutely LOVED our waitress. They were quick and intensive the entire time. We ordered a ton of food. From rolls to bento boxes. Every single thing was so DELICIOUS. The presentation was TOP TIER. So nice i thought i was in a 5 star sushi house like Katsura. We got fresh and baked rolls that were so good we didn't even have time to take pictures before devouring it!!!! The chef sent us complimentary salmon sashimi. I typically am not a fan but it was really fresh and delicious with a special sauce. This might just be our new turn up spot while we're in town

I've been coming here since high school. Where the place has changed obviously over the last decade. I always come back here when I'm in town and craving sushi

definitely a hole in the wall! good sushi.Place is tricky to look for and the neighborhood is not that good. But how they make their sushi and the salad and soup that they include even if it's for "to go" is something to look forward for.

Great quality and good portions, a consistently great place to eat or takeout. The salad dressing has been just as good as decades ago, for example

Still going to Momoyama after many years, before, during and post pandemic. Quality of food never change and service is always good.
This time we order sashimi and it comes with rice. We love salmon, tuna and hamachi and they were able to customize what we love. Also huge salmon hand roll! And the hotate scallop nirigi is a bomb! Fresh and melt in your mouth! Very satisfied dinner!

AmaIng selection is sushi, honestly it's difficult to find good sushi around here and I tried like 1000 places. What I like about this one is that the rolls are small and fit in one bite. Service is good, good selection is Saki and prices are reasonable
I liked it

Loved the ambiance of this place, fire playlist & even more fire food!! The concord roll was delicious. Can't wait to come back

Fantastic service! Super prompt, very friendly.
Amazing sushi. Generous amounts of fish, expertly rolled.
The place itself is really cute! Bigger inside than it looks from the outside.
Will absolutely be coming back soon. Can't wait to try more dishes!

In the mood for a non-sushi dinner so we hit this place again. No soba, so we settled on oyako donburi and katsu donburi. A little pricey, but super sized portions! The katsu donburi was like an oyako donburi with a full order of katsu! Our dishes took a bit to come out but they also brought us a comp plate of some veggies. Overall, be prepared for lots of food!

One of my favorite Japanese restaurant. So just to update few pictures. When you see a lot of older Japanese folks visiting this place you know it is pretty good. We usually order combination sashimi, some hand rolls, otoro, instead of box lunch. I usually go with good food and not worry too much about if the place is up to date since this is a local restaurant. That's why I tend to give local restaurants higher score.
